Our books typically range from 15,000 to 30,000 words and are designed to be read in a few sittings. They are substantial enough to carry weight and insight, yet focused enough to remain compelling from beginning to end.

Our Process
Our process is collaborative, structured, and designed to remove friction for the author.
Story Discovery
We begin with an initial conversation to determine whether the story is
right for the novella format and whether we are the right partner to tell it.
Deep Interviews
We spend approximately five to ten hours with the author through guided conversations. This allows us to understand the full arc of the story, identify what truly matters, and uncover details that bring the narrative to life.
Writing and Editing
We write the first draft and move through three rounds of edits. The goal is not perfection on paper, but a feeling of completion for the author. Each round brings greater clarity, structure, and confidence.
Design and Layout
Once the manuscript is finalized, we move into interior layout and cover design. The author reviews the first design proof and provides feedback before final approval.
Proofing and Publication
After final proofing, we handle all required registrations, including the Library of Congress, and upload the finished book to major platforms such as Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
Optional Marketing Support
When appropriate, we develop thoughtful marketing plans to ensure the book reaches the audiences who will benefit from it most.
